Session One: Why, What, and How of Watch Groups

In this session Jon Shirley discusses why Watch Groups are a simple and effective way to make disciples. He unpacks what a Watch Group is, and what it isn’t, and he draws on the Gathering Network’s long history of missional community leadership to cast vision for a thriving life in the COVID-19 season. Session Two: Clarifying Expectations

In this session Jordanne Bonfield discusses the importance of externalizing and clarifying expectations in the formation of Watch Groups. This is a season requiring more communication, not less. Jordanne walks us through the delicate, and sometimes difficult process, of externalizing our expectations before there is a big miscommunication. Do we wear masks, or no? Should we wash our hands when we walk in the door? Fruit tray anyone? Right, you get the idea….
