We will spend two nights at Prairie Star Ranch in Williamsburg, KS, allowing a lot of time for fun and connection. Registration covers the cost of food, lodging, swimming and facility rental.
Please bring your own linens for twin sized bunk beds.
Registration closes on Sunday, September 3rd.
Final payments are due on Friday September 8th.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need to cancel last minute after you register, we will only be able to refund your housing costs. Once we sign off on the final number with the caterer, we are obligated to pay that cost regardless of how many attend.

Swim shoes- these are highly recommended for the lake and waterslide as parts of it are rocky. Any shoes that will stay on when you swim will work.

Life jackets - if you or your child have a preferred one. ALL who swim are required to wear life jackets. The camp will provide them and have enough for everyone. You only need to bring them if you have preferred ones!

9:30 am-12:00 pm: Free time: hiking, nature bingo, family games, bounce house available in the gym
12:00pm-1:00 pm: Lunch
1:30-4:00 pm: Swim beach and water slide open
5:00-7:00 pm: Dinner and Hoe Down, dress in your best cowboy/hillbilly gear!
8:00 pm: Fire pit and Smores
Sunday, September 17th:
7:30 am-8:30 am: Breakfast.
8:30 am: Final club time and check out/clean up instructions
9:30 am: Clean, pack up
HOUSING LAYOUT
There are two buildings with 14 rooms in each building. Each room has multiple bunk beds, and each dorm has shared bathrooms, one for men and one for women. For married adults coming without children, we will do our best to put you in the same room, but may need to split men and women up into the dorm style rooms. We will make sure you know what your rooming situation will be prior to coming!
